 Product okay but not the best July 24, 2010

I ordered the ink from Amazon because there is a $20 difference in price compared to a local store. Once it arrived I noticed that the black ink had spilled a little. It was missing the tape that prevents this from happening . I don't believe much was lost but it did spill. The colored in was in good package condition. I have not put the colored ink into my printer so I don't know what the quality is. I am not happy with the quality of the black ink. It seems faded and for some reason my printer isn't able to determine how much ink is in the cartridge. I have not had this problem with Lexmark XL ink cartridge when purchased from the local store. So overall it's okay but their is room for improvement. The price was good and I am still debating if I will purchase from the site again or if I will go through the local store. It will depend on the quality of the colored ink once it is put in.

How about you just send what you post on the website and what the picture shows, not some alteration of it. If you don't have what everyone else sells then change the picture to what you do have and put that item in the description.
2 defective cartridges received July 12, 2010

When I received the cartridges and opened the packaging for the black cartridge, black ink was already leaking out all over. I had to send both cartridges back to get credit (including paying for the postage to send it, and then getting refunded.)
The 2nd set I received seemed in good order, but when I tried to print the first time, the printer gave a message that the black cartridge was unsupported and would not print. VERY VERY frustrating as I will have to send the 2nd order back also, or get charged for it.
This time I asked for a REFUND as I don't want to continue the cycle and STILL AM UNABLE TO USE MY PRINTER.

I always purchase my Lexmark print cartridges from Amazon.com. Their price cannot be beat and the quality of the ink is superb. There is not much more to say other than "Way to go Amazon.com", and thank you for all of your great products!!!!!

Since I have a Lexmark X7675, I have to buy Lexmark ink. It is rarely available in generic where I live so I buy it on Amazon. A black cartridge lasts 6 -9 months for my printing needs while the color lasts 9 - 12 months. The ink is still good even though the indicator says it is about out. So I use it until it doesn't print well. The quality is excellent and I have no complaints. I also use draft mode whenever possible. Kodak prnters are supposed to use less ink, but reviews indicate that the quality is not the same. It doesn't seem to use more or less ink than my previous HP all-in-one.
